We are looking for a "Senior Exterior Components & Lighting Designer" for a global automotive company in Gothenburg.

Start is in April 2026, 6-month limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

Description of the assignment

• Create and deliver design proposals according to design brief and project constraints in assigned tasks.

• Produce creative detailed design solutions fulfilling complex technical criteria.

• Deliver and prepare presentation material for reviews.

• Participate in design reviews.

• Attend to project and engineering meetings.

• Work with and guide digital and prototype modelers.

• The assignment includes travel also.

Qualifications and skills required for the role

• Master's degree in automotive design, Industrial Design, or equivalent with a strong portfolio showcasing your design evolution.

• Proficiency in design software like, Photoshop, Alias, Blender, V-Red, Vizcom and others.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design concepts.

• Strong team spirit qualities with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

Personal attributes:

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear articulation of design concepts. (Proficiency in Mandarin could be an asset).

This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in April 2026, 6 months limited contract to begin with, with possibility of extension after that.
